Shipping Policy
We strive to uphold the highest levels of quality customer service. It is our goal to create lifelong customers, and we will do everything to ensure that your shopping experience with us is one that makes you want to use us as your only source for research peptides. Orders placed will be shipped via priority, or express using delivery confirmation. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays and weekends. Orders will ship within one to two business days after the order is placed.
INITIAL SHIPMENT
All initial orders will be shipped to address as provided by the customer, and as a precaution that address will be automatically verified in our system to make sure it is valid. If the address comes back as invalid, we will make further attempts to contact the customer and verify the information.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES? Yes, but if the parcel is refused by customer, it will be deemed as delivered and a refund will not be issued.
TRACKING
Please allow us an additional 24 hours from the time your order is processed to provide you with a tracking number. Once you have the tracking number, please allow time for it to enter the postal system and register. All orders can be directly tracked within the account that you created upon making the purchase. If you have received a tracking number, then your order has shipped, and the postal service needs to update their tracking records. Generally, it’s within’ 24 hours to update, but it may occasionally take longer.
